There are no words that I can use to express my sincerest thanks in the way you handled both my short sales. Going into this, I was scared and truly believed that everyone involved would simply treat my situation with disdain and look down on my situation.
From day one, you were there giving me advice, making certain I completed every bit of paperwork that the lender required and you were there to answer all of my questions before, during and after the sale of both properties.
Since there were two properties, we had to stay in contact with each other for over a year. Joe, you were always there for me. You answered every concern I had. I?m sure you know that there were days that I was just besides myself with the anticipation of how the lenders would react to each of the short sale packages you submitted.
I can breathe easy now and I owe much of it to you, Joe. You got me through this grueling, horrific short sale experience and at the end, your results were amazing. I could not have asked for a better solution to the financial mess I got myself into with these two investment properties.
